The Ascent into Madness

Descend into the unknown while hopefully avoiding eldritch monsters.

2D atmospheric horror game made for a game jam in 3 days. The theme was "What Lies Below". The game is barely finished so funny things may happen. (Also one of the programmers who was supposed make the enemy ai did nothing so there's that)

Controls:  Arrow keys for movement, space to interract with stuff,

LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to focus light (unlocked later without a cue) (press if you panic)

Note: The game was made by a team, I was the background artist plus I made a few animations. (Enemy animations weren't made by me except one very big one)
